The Signature Signing
A simple civil ceremony for couples who just need the paperwork done. 5–10 minutes, license signing, rings optional, and no guests.

The Intimate Signature
An elopement-style ceremony with room for up to 2 guests. Includes ring exchange, classic vows, license signing, and a 10–20 minute ceremony.
The Compassionate Signature
Thoughtful officiating for settings like jails, hospitals, and care facilities. Ceremony length and details vary based on each location’s rules and requirements.
Pricing
The Signature Signing — $50 plus travel
The Intimate Signature — $100 plus travel
The Compassionate Signature — starting at $150 plus travel
Signature Add-Ons

Includes free travel within 15 miles of Prairie Grove. Travel fees apply outside this area.
Marriage License Information
The couple is responsible for purchasing and bringing their own marriage license. Licenses can be obtained at any County Clerk’s office in Arkansas and must be returned to the same county for filing within 60 days of purchase after it has been signed.
The fee is $60, and both applicants must appear in person with a valid photo ID. Below are links to local courthouses with additional marriage license information.
Additional Information
- Photographers do not count toward the guest or witness limit and are welcome to capture your special day.
- Couples are responsible for filing their signed marriage license with the County Clerk’s office within the required filing timeframe.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for both parties and will be checked against the marriage license.
- The couple is responsible for bringing a valid marriage license to the ceremony; service cannot be performed without it.
- Please arrive promptly for your scheduled ceremony time.
- Legacy Signature LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
Booking Policy
A $50 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to secure your wedding date and time. The remaining balance is due in full prior to the start of your ceremony. Travel fees will be calculated and confirmed at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date based on our current availability.
