Notary Services Policy
We aim to keep all notary appointments simple, efficient, and transparent.
Cancellations
No fee for cancellations made before travel begins.
If travel has already started, the applicable travel fee will still apply.
No-shows or unavailable clients are subject to the applicable travel fee.
Appointment Readiness
To ensure a smooth appointment, please have the following ready:
All documents prepared but unsigned
All required signers present
Valid, unexpired identification for each signer
Any required witnesses present, if applicable
If an appointment cannot be completed due to missing documents, signers, identification, or witnesses, the travel fee will still apply. Additional fees may apply for a return visit.
Wait Time
A 15-minute grace period is provided. If the appointment is not ready within that time, it may need to be rescheduled.
Wedding Services Policy
Wedding ceremonies are reserved exclusively for your selected date and time upon payment of a non-refundable retainer.
Cancellations
The retainer is non-refundable and secures your ceremony date.
If you cancel 7 or more days before your ceremony, any additional payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the ceremony are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs after travel has begun, applicable travel fees will still apply.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
The retainer may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is requested 7 or more days in advance.
Additional reschedules may require a fee.
Payment
The remaining balance is due in full prior to the ceremony start time.
No-Shows
If the couple or required participants are not present at the scheduled time and location, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Weather & Emergencies
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule your ceremony.
