Simple Pricing
We believe in keeping our pricing simple and transparent:

• $10 per notarized signature
• $20 travel fee for appointments within 30 roundtrip miles
• $0.725 per mile beyond 30 roundtrip miles
• Complimentary travel when meeting at Casey's in ZIP Code 72753

All travel fees are calculated based on the appointment location and confirmed prior to booking.

Identification
Please prepare a valid government-issued photo ID for every person who will be signing documents.

Sign Together
The signing must take place in the physical presence of the notary to ensure legal compliance.

Final Documents
Once the signatures are verified, you will receive your notarized documents right there on-site.
Simple Payment
For your convenience, payment is due at the time of service when the notarization is complete.

- I am unable to provide legal advice or assist with document preparation.
- Please ensure all document fields are fully completed before we meet.
- For your protection, I cannot notarize any incomplete or blank documents.
- Each signer must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the appointment.
- All parties must be physically present so their signatures can be witnessed in person.
- I’m not able to tell you which type of notarization you need, so please check with your attorney, lender, or document issuer before our appointment.
